YOUNG Coffee opens its first location in Valencia

What started as a concept built around simplicity, quality and everyday moments slowly became something tangible.Renovations, testing, long days and countless decisions came together to turn an empty space into the first YOUNG Coffee location. Every detail was considered with one goal in mind: creating a place that feels easy to step into and comfortable to come back to.

The interior design and execution of the space were developed together with Viro Studio, our trusted partner for the interior design and construction process. Their role was fundamental in translating the YOUNG Coffee vision into a physical space. From layout and materials to finishes and atmosphere, Viro Studio helped shape a place that reflects simplicity, warmth and functionality, while keeping the concept scalable for future locations.

This opening would not have been possible without the involvement of the wider YOUNG team. From operations and coordination to decision-making and execution, the internal YOUNG team worked closely throughout the entire process to ensure the project moved forward smoothly and stayed aligned with the brand’s values.

The launch of the first YOUNG Coffee location was also supported by the broader YOUNG ecosystem. Marketing, recruitment and brand support played an important role in preparing the opening and building early momentum. This collaborative approach allowed the team to focus on delivering a strong opening experience, both in the space and beyond it.

Valencia felt like the natural place to start. A city full of life, movement and everyday moments, where people value good quality, warmth and simplicity. The Monteolivete location is our flagship, designed to reflect what YOUNG Coffee stands for: good coffee at a fair price, fast and reliable service, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

This first opening is an important milestone, but it’s not the final destination. YOUNG Coffee was built with growth in mind. Valencia is only the first chapter, and more locations, neighborhoods and cities will follow, always staying true to the same idea.
